Queensford College is one of Australia's leading RTOs, with three campuses across Brisbane, Adelaide, and Parramatta and full CRICOS accreditation for international students across Health & Community, Hospitality, Fitness, and Business courses. Fragmented digital marketing was making student recruitment harder than it needed to be. Multiple disconnected channels, no coordinated social media plan, and a platform unable to handle complex international lead-capture requirements meant significant spend without proportional return.
The brand also needed humanising. Photography and video were generic and did not reflect the quality of education being delivered.
LUMEN rebuilt the digital presence from the ground up. Custom automations now manage the lead flow from first enquiry to enrolment, eliminating the manual drop-off points that were costing the college prospective students. A photography and video content strategy was executed to humanise the brand and showcase campus life authentically.
With all seven service lines running in coordination: advertising, social, content, photography, video, print, and web, Queensford now operates with a streamlined recruitment pipeline and a significantly reduced cost per acquisition.
